¶2The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Chennai Collector will pass orders in line with the directions issued by this Court in the writ petition.

¶3In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Collector, Chennai District to act upon the order passed in the writ petition and pass final orders on or before 16.03.2026.

¶4The Collector, Chennai District is suo-moto added as the 2nd respondent in these contempt petitions.

¶5With the above directions, all these contempt petitions are closed. No costs.
