ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.17399 of 2020 dated

06.03.2024.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by going through the aforesaid order seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Court having jurisdiction or the Competent Authority. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶3Considering the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
