¶2Learned Additional Advocate General, Mr.Neelakandan, would submit that the appellants have now proposed to prepare a panel for promotion and on account of the interim order, they are unable to finalise the panel.

¶3Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants/petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

¶4The writ appeal has been moved belatedly. Moreover, the writ petition is also pending before this Court. That being the factum, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
