ORDER (Order of the Court was made by C.v.Karthikeyan J.) The present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking leave to challenge the common order dated 19.01.2026 in A.No.3291 of 2025 in C.S.No.837 of 2018.

¶2It is the contention of Mr.P.R.Raman, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners necessarily have to be heard on the method in which 5 members could be co-opted to the Society. The learned Senior Counsel pointed out the guidelines and stated that the privilege of co-opting members rests solely only with the Trustees of the Trust and any alternative method of selection of members should be permitted to be assailed in the appeal herein.

¶3In view of these facts, since arguable points have been raised, the leave is granted.
