Judgment
ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner contends that the earlier sale deed, standing in the name of the third party for the property owned by the petitioner was cancelled by the Registration Department and therefore, the petitioner is now entitled for issuance of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She has given a representation to respondents 3 and 4 on
29.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name along with the supporting documents. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
