ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to include the petitioner in patta No.1873 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her online application, dated 18.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2Since the aforesaid application has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

¶3Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

¶4No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's online application, dated 18.12.2025 seeking for inclusion of Page No.2 of 6 her name in patta No.1873 and for issuance of joint patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application dated 18.12.2025.

¶6For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 18.12.2025 seeking for inclusion of the petitioner's name in patta No.1873 and for issuance of joint patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose name presently PattaNo.1873 stands and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire. ¶7With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
