ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court bundle, seeking liberty to approach the competent civil court for the relief sought for in this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for rectification of errors in the encumbrance certificates for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The said errors are stated to have occured in the year 1957.
