ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed, directing the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 12% to the petitioners for the belated payment of Gratuity, Leave salary, Provident fund and commutation of pension amounts within a time frame.
2.It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners 1 to 6, who had joined the services of the respondent Corporation, had retired from service during the years 2023-2024 and the 7th petitioner's husband died on 24.05.2024, however, the Death cum Retirement Gratuity and other terminal benefits have been settled only on 02.12.2025 and 16.12.2025 respectively. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.
