¶6The petitioners have applied for the post of Grade-II Police Constable and successfully cleared the written examination. However, they were disqualified during the Physical Efficiency Test for failing to meet the prescribed height requirements. It is pertinent to note that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in W.A.No. 828 of 2020 dated 05.02.2020, all physical measurements were conducted using digital electronic devices. As the measurements were recorded electronically, the possibility of manual error or variation is ruled out.
