ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Principal District Judge, Tiruvarur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the respondents are nearly 50 years old, and considering their health and illness, prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.22 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

¶3Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
