¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. He further submits that some of the co-accused were granted interim bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai and for the reasons that the petitioners therein have come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-, interim bail was granted. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that total amount involved in this case Rs.1,01,74,700/- crores. Hence, she opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

¶5Considering the nature of allegations and the said reasons are not applicable and the case of the prosecution is that, so far money is not recovered and total amount involved in this case Rs.1.02 crore (approximately). Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

¶6Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
