ORDER The petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and to take effective measures to conduct an enquiry and cancel the legal heir certificate dated 10.11.2024 bearing the Certificate No. TN-7202410281647 and issue a fresh legal heir certificate.
¶2It is the case of the petitioner that he was married to one Mrs.Rani on

¶3Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the police, where during enquiry, the 3rd respondent produced the death certificate, legal heir certificate and claimed herself as the daughter of the couple. Aggrieved by the Page3 of 4 same, the petitioner made a representation before the 2nd respondent seeking cancellation of the false legal heir certificate. Till date, no action has been taken, aggrieved by which, the petitioner is before this Court.
¶4Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
