¶2We find that petitioner has made a representation on

10.02.2026.

¶3Since an allegation of widespread encroachment has been made on more than 100 acres, a survey is required to be conducted to verify the correctness of the complaint of alleged encroachment. We direct respondent authorities to conduct survey, verify the allegations and if any encroachment is found, to take appropriate action for removal of encroachment.
