Judgment

ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner for registration, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. According to the petitioner, the respondent is refusing to receive the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner for registration, on the ground that a temple has raised objections for registration of any document by a third party pertaining to the very same property.

¶3The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition to establish the petitioner's case that she is the absolute owner of the property. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

¶4However, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner is allowed to present the Sale Deed for registration and the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the necessary parties, who claim interest in the property, which is the subject matter of the sale deed and after hearing their objections a final decision can be taken by the respondent whether to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration or not.

¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

¶6For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to present the sale deed for registration with the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said sale deed, the respondent shall issue notice to all the necessary parties, who are staking claim over the very same property, which includes the Temple and after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, the respondent shall take a final decision as to whether the sale deed presented by the petitioner can be registered or not within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the Sale Deed by the petitioner. If the respondent decides to refuse registration of the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration, the respondent shall pass a speaking order with regard to the contentions of the petitioner as well as the supporting documents produced by the petitioner to establish the petitioner's ownership.
