¶2These Applications have been filed in relation to the order passed in O.P.No.592 of 2022, whereby Letters of Administration with Will annexed were ordered to be issued in favour of the petitioners, subject to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.), High Court, Madras. ¶3The affidavit filed in support of the applications states that the third petitioner is residing abroad and the fourth petitioner is also unable to appear before this Court for execution of the security bond, and therefore they have executed the Deeds of Power of Attorney in favour of the first petitioner authorising her to represent them and to execute the bond on their behalf. It is further stated that the said Power of Attorney deeds are still valid and in force.
¶4Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in view of the inability of the third and fourth petitioners to appear in person, the Power of Attorney deeds may be accepted and the first petitioner may be permitted to execute the security bond on their behalf also.

¶6Having regard to the averments contained in the affidavits and in view of the fact that the Power of Attorney deeds are valid and subsisting, and also considering that no objection is raised by the respondents, this Court is satisfied that both the applications can be allowed. Page4 of 5
