¶4The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed on merits.

¶5Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

¶6In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
