¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in these cases, the petitioner filed the representations dated 12.01.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to delete or expunge the wrongful classification of Survey No.97/7 as water body and reclassify the same as Natham Patta or Zamin Patta land and grant free house site patta to the petitioner. However, the said representations were not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, these petitions.

¶3In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioners' representations will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

¶4Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶5In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representations of Page5 of 6 the petitioners dated 12.01.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
