¶3It is the case of the petitioner that the deceased petitioner owned a small piece of agricultural property in S.No.95/1B at Athimugam Village, Shoolagiri Taluk and Krishnagiri District. Therefore, this Court may permit the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents for electric service connection.
