ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were working as Nursing Tutor Grade-II in the promotional post, at the School Page3 of 7 of Nursing, Government Thoothkudi Medical College Hospital, Thoothukudi District. However, they were transferred as Staff Nurse and subsequently, the petitioners joined as Staff Nurses on 11.02.2026 with a protest. Hence, the present impugned order may have become infructuous. However, this Court may issue a direction to the 11th respondent to disburse the eligible salary to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. .

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the 11th respondent is directed to disburse the eligible salary to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
