ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Ayan patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
¶2The petitioners claim that they have been issued with conditional patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. They seek for removal of the said conditions and therefore, they seek for issuance of Ayan patta in his name for the subject property. They claim that since their representation seeking issuance of Ayan patta was not considered by the respondents, they were constrained to file this writ petition. Page No.2 of 7

¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.
