Judgment

Order WMP. No.9552 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.

2.This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the remarks in the joint patta for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, i.e. 'subject to the outcome of W.A. No. 2815 of 2023'.

3.The petitioners claim that since the land acquisition proceedings for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this petition, have been quashed, the remarks "subject to the outcome of W.A.
