ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue e-patta and to register the same in the A-register and FMB sketch and also in chitta in favour of the petitioners for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' representation, dated 07.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. ¶2The petitioners have given a representation along with supporting documents to the respondents on 07.02.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

¶3Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

¶4No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.

¶6For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in Page No.3 of 7 accordance with law, on the petitioners' representation, dated 07.02.2026, requesting for issuance of e-patta and to register the same in A-register and FMB Sketch and also in chitta in favour of the petitioners for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
