Judgment

Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents to issue patta, chitta and adangal in favour of the petitioner and his brothers' legal heirs for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated

13.03.2025, 19.03.2025 and 30.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta, chitta and adangal in his favour and also in favour of his brothers' legal heirs for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. He has given representations dated 13.03.2025, 19.03.2025 and 30.01.2026 to the official respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page3 of 6

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the official respondents to consider the petitioner's request for issuance of patta, chitta and adangal in his favour and also in favour of his brothers' legal heirs for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 6 to 11, notice to respondents 6 to 11 is dispensed with by this Court.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta, chitta and adangal in his favour and also in favour of his brothers' legal heirs for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and a direction is issued to the official respondents to consider the said application, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of respondents 6 to 11 and any other third party whom the official respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations. Page4 of 6
