ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to re-enquire the issue raised by the petitioner in letter dated
12.11.2025 and to give a fresh report after inspection of the third respondent company.
¶2Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is to be passed in the Writ Petition as against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent forced the members of the petitioner's Union to operate two machines instead of one machine as per the Employees Regulations and thereby a dispute was raised under Section 2K of the Industrial Disputes Act before the first respondent and the same is pending. He further submitted that there may Page3 of 5 be a direction to the first respondent to re-enquire the issue raised by the petitioner in letter dated 12.11.2025, within a reasonable time.
