ORDER Though this Court has heard elaborately and also considered the judgment in WA No.307 & 321 of 2026 arising out of a writ petition in WP Nos.7986 & 8015 of 2009, this Court does not want to go into the merits of the matter as the petitioner seeks only to consider his representations dated

05.08.2015, 20.10.2021 & 24.03.2022, in such representations the petitioner seeks to upgrade his post as full time Librarian.

¶2The said contention was strongly objected by the learned Government Advocate.

¶3This Court is also of the view that it is for the Government to take decision either to upgrade or not. In such view of the factual position, this Court inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.08.2015, 20.10.2021 & 24.03.2022 and pass orders according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight Page3 of 5 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner want to give a detailed further representation, the petitioner is given liberty to do so within a period of week form the date of uploading of this order.
