¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 4 kg of ganja and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.02.2026 and is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

He further submitted that the investigation has been completed Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

¶5I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and also perused the materials available on record.
