¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 05.11.2025 before the official respondents, requesting them to survey and mark the boundaries of the subject land. ¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
¶6Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2025 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
