ORDER

M.S.RAMESH, J. AND

N.SENTHILKUMAR, J. In the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in O.A.No.276 of 2024, dated 05.03.2024, the Tribunal had directed the respondents herein to explore the possibility of reengaging the services of the four petitioners herein.

2.It is now brought to our notice that before the interim orders were passed, the respondents had outsourced the personnel in the year 2023 itself. While that being so, the respondents may not be in a position to explore the possibility of reengaging the petitioners' services. However, the main prayer in the original application (O.A.No.276 of 2024) is also for directions to the respondents to permit the petitioners to continue as Consultant Microbiologist (NTEP) and Senior Lab Technician (NTEP), which is under consideration before the Tribunal. If the petitioners are of the view that they have a right to seek for such a prayer, the same can be established before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3.In the light of the above observations and findings, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. The Tribunal shall endeavour to dispose of the original application in O.A.No.276 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
