ORDER When the matter is taken up today under the caption 'For reporting settlement', the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the applicant and the first respondent have placed on record, a Joint Memo of Compromise/ Terms of Settlement, that they arrived at, to resolve the disputes between themselves.

¶2The applicant had categorically acknowledged that they shall not assert any right, title, interest, lien, charge, claim or entitlement against the respondents, in respect of the application schedule lands and the settlement can be construed only with the monetary rights of the respective parties.

¶3In view of the such understanding between the parties, this Court is of the view that the right of the third respondent, who had been impleaded pending to this application would not be impeached, anywhere and the earlier Page3 of 4 orders passed by this Court, directing the respective parties shall stand recalled.

¶4Recording the terms of the joint memo of compromise, as signed by the applicant and the first respondent and also the respective parties, who are present before this Court also recognise the settlement arrived between the parties, the application stands disposed of, on the terms of the said joint memo of compromise, as being settled out of the Court.
