Judgment
ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents to include the names of the petitioners in Patta No.435 in respect of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
¶2According to the petitioners, they are the legal heirs of late Mr.Ponnuswamy Naickar. The grievance of the petitioners is that their brothers have illegally obtained the patta by suppressing the names of the petitioners. The petitioners had submitted a representation to the respondents on 08.12.2025 seeking to include their names in the patta. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. Page3 of 6
¶3Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners representation, as stated above, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration of the supporting documents produced by the petitioners and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025.
¶6For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners representation dated 08.12.2025 seeking for inclusion of their names in Patta No.435, for the subject property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the brothers of the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
