National Asset Reconstruction Company Limited v. The Inspector General of Registration

ORDER This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Honble Court vide its order dated 29.08.2025 in WP.No. 36847 of 2024, whereby a direction was issued to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to rectify the technical glitch that has arisen in the Government Online Portal, maintained by the 1st respondent, for registration of documents and register the Joint Assignment Agreement.

¶2Today, the learned counsel for the official respondents seeks further time to comply with the aforesaid order.

¶3In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and extends the time limit for compliance of order. Accordingly, the official respondents are directed to rectify the technical glitch that has arisen in the Government Online Portal, maintained by the 1st respondent, for registration of documents and register the petitioner's Joint Assignment Agreement, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
