¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

¶6For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026, seeking for correction of the UDR patta standing in the name of the fifth respondent for the subject property within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the proceedings passed by the respective respondents and after giving due consideration to the fact that the fifth respondent has stated no objection for the correction sought for by the petitioner in the UDR patta.
