Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to include the petitioner's name in joint patta Nos.741 & 742 issued by the third respondent for the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2.According to the petitioner, a joint patta was issued earlier for the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, which included the name of the petitioner. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Page3 of 5

4.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his request for inclusion of his name in joint patta Nos.741 and 742. This court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
