ORDER The petitioners have filed the present Sub Application seeking to reopen Contempt Petition No.2745 of 2022 on the ground that the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.22185 of 2021 has not yet been complied with by the respondents.

¶2It is seen that the respondents have been seeking adjournments in the contempt proceedings on the ground that the order of this Court, which was affirmed by the Division Bench, is proposed to be challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is submitted that the matter is likely to be taken up on 14.07.2026.

¶3However, as on date, there is no order of stay operating against the order of this Court. The respondents are therefore duly bound to comply with the same. Considering the above circumstances, this Sub Application for reopening the contempt petition is allowed.

¶4List the Contempt Petition for hearing after four weeks. The respondents shall report compliance with the order of this Court on or before the next date of hearing.
