¶2It is seen from the documents filed in support of this Writ Petition that, pursuant to the petitioner's request for UDR correction, proceedings have already been initiated by the 1st respondent and an enquiry has also commenced. Though an enquiry was conducted on 06.06.2023 pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka. ¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
