2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent filed a petition in O.P.No.661 of 2025 before the Family Court, Salem District, seeking divorce. He submits that the petitioner is living in Tiruppur and filed a petition in O.P.No.212 of 2026 before the Family Court, Tiruppur, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. He further submits that the petitioner is not in a position to travel 2.5 hours journey up and down i.e., 160 kms from my her residence. Further, the petitioner and her family have no protection or security in Salem District since the respondent and his family have threatened with dire consequences.
