Judgment
ORDER The respondents 1 to 4/plaintiffs obtained a decree that the sale deed dated 25.11.2003, bearing document No.4427 of 2003 in respect of the suit property was invalid, inoperative and unenforceable in law. Apart from the above, the plaintiffs also obtained a decree for recovery of vacant possession of the suit property. It is not in dispute that the plaintiffs already filed execution Page3 of 5 petition and attempting to execute the decree for possession.
¶2Since the second appeal is admitted and it will take some time for final disposal, there shall be an order of interim stay for possession alone, on condition the petitioner deposits costs as ordered by the first appellate court to the credit of O.S.No.110 of 2004 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to comply the above said condition, within the stipulated time, the interim stay granted by this court shall stand automatically vacated.
¶3With the above clarification, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
¶4List the second appeal for final disposal in the first week of June 2026. 26-03-2026 MST To
