ORDER This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11212 of 2021 dated 14.03.2022.

¶2Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the present contempt petition, the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11212 of 2021 dated 14.03.2022, but there is some calculation error with regard to the payment made in respect of the 1st petitioner.

3.For that, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that if the first petitioner approaches the respondent detailing the calculation error, the respondent would rectify the same and issue fresh orders, at the earliest.

¶4In view of the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No.11212 of 2021 dated 14.03.2022, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed with the present contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the 1st petitioner to approach the respondent, if he is so aggrieved.
