¶2The case of the petitioners is that the mother of the petitioners purchased the property in S.No.311/2B situated at Karumarapakkam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk in the year 1963. After the death of their mother, the petitioners along with their sister are in continuous possession and enjoyment of the property and they also obtained Electricity connection for the said property. However, the first and second respondents have not taken any action against the respondents 3 to 5. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint, notice has been sent to the persons named in the complaint for their appearance. He Page4 of 6 further submitted that in view of the forthcoming general elections, the first and second respondent would conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner after the general election and take action as per law.
