O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent dated 20.08.2025, cancelling the patta standing in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition.
2.As seen from the impugned order, there is a title dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. The request of the petitioner can be adjudicated only by a Civil Court with the aid of oral and documentary evidence.
