Judgment
O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that despite proceedings having been passed by the 4th respondent ordering for the grant of Patta, Chitta and Adangal in favour of the petitioner, till date, Patta, Chitta and Adangal have not been issued in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition.
2.The petitioner had given a representation on 12.02.2026 to the respondents 2 and 5 seeking for issuance of Patta, Chitta and Adangal in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 11.06.2025. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of separate Patta, Chitta and Adangal in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in the light of the Page3 of 4 proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 11.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of Patta, Chitta and Adangal for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 11.06.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 16-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order GSA To
