¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the land to the extent described in the 'A' Schedule to the Partition Deed dated 10.03.2026. It was further submitted that, for the purpose of registration of the said deed, the petitioner obtained an online token from the 3rd respondent Office on 10.03.2026 and thereafter presented Partition Deed along with all necessary documents before the said authority.
