ORDER The Revision Petitioner herein is the 28th respondent in I.A.No.374 of 2017 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, which was filed by the deceased plaintiff for the relief of partition and other consequential relief against the defendants 1 to 15.

¶2Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is to seek only a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.Before the trial court, originally, the suit was filed in the year 2005 and the same was dismissed for default. Hence, the application in I.A.No.374 of 2017 was filed to condone the delay of 18 days to restore the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2010. All these years, the said application is pending. Therefore, the trial judge is directed to dispose the application filed in I.A.No.374 of 2017 within a Page8 of 9 week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Since the suit is also pending from the year of 2005, the trial judge is directed to complete the trial and dispose the case within a period of three months thereafter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
