¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed the representations dated 10.07.2025 and 09.12.2025 before the respondents, requesting to conduct survey and lay boundary stones at the subject property. However, the said representations were not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd & 3rd respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 and 09.12.2025 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
¶8It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent for conducting survey and laying boundary stones at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court.
¶9If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the official respondents are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the 4th respondent. In such case, the 4th respondent shall provide all necessary assistance to the official respondents till the completion of survey at the subject land. Page3 of 5
