ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2023.

¶2Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. Page3 of 5

¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 07.09.2023 before the 4th respondent, requesting for necessary rectification in the patta and revenue records, pertaining to the subject property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

¶6Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
