ORDER The original Contempt Petition was filed aggrieved about willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.35400 of 2023 dated 07.06.2024. The said order directs the respondents to alter the date of declaration of probation as 17.06.2000 and to grant all consequent increments, service benefits and promotion to the petitioner, if any withheld on account of the erroneous declaration of probation.
¶2Earlier, recording compliance, this court also closed the Contempt Petition on 18.08.2025. Thereafter, the present sub-application is filed complaining that without properly complying with the order, the Contempt Petition was closed. Even though the date of declaration is corrected but, still the other increments and the promotion were not granted from the respective dates. The petitioner also suffered monetarily.
¶3When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the respondents would submit that further promotion as Superintendent is also granted to the petitioner with effect from 11.06.2026. Page3 of 5

The same shall be considered on its own merits and speaking order shall be passed. It will be very well open for the petitioner to agitate the matter, if he still aggrieved.
