ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.03.2026.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 27.03.2026 before the respondents to cancel the patta No.87 vide an order No.2026/0103/18/0058440 dated 24.03.2026 in respect of survey No.31/1A1, issued in favour of respondents 7 & 8. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

¶3Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government's Counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Dominic S.David, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 5 & 6 and submitted that the Page3 of 4 petitioners' representation dated 27.03.2026 will be considered within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

¶4Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶5Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated

27.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioners as well as respondents 7 & 8 and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 10.07.2026.
