ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026.

¶2Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 29.01.2026 before the 2nd respondent, for measuring the subject land and laying boundary stones therein. ¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

¶6Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2026 and after issuing due notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶8It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent for conducting survey and laying boundary stones at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court.

¶9If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the official respondents are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the 3rd respondent. In such case, the 3rd respondent shall provide all necessary Page3 of 5 assistance to the official respondents till the completion of survey at the subject land.
