Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the first appeal in A.S.No. 2 of 2024 pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Hosur.

¶2In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner for early disposal of the appeal, this Court, taking into consideration, the main Suit is of the year 2012 and the first appeal is pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Hosur for the past three years, is inclined to direct the first appellate court to dispose the first appeal as expeditiously as possible.

¶3The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that pending this Civil Revision Petition, he was given protection order by way of interim injunction and the same may be continued till the disposal of first appeal. __________Page 7 of 8

¶4Having regard to the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is not inclined to go to the merits and extend the interim order already granted by this court. However, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the first appellate court.
