ORDER This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 04.03.2021 issued by the 6th respondent.
¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the respondent made an attempt to lay road in the subject land without following due process of law. Hence, a representation was made before the respondents. However, the said representation was rejected without due consideration. Hence, this petition.
¶3In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in this case, all the disputes were sorted out and road was laid in the subject land by following due process of law and hence, nothing survives in this petition. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
